The villa is situated in Ciudad Quesada, a popular destination for families and golfers, just 2km away from the La Marquesa Golf Course and under 10km to three of the blue flag beaches in Guardamar.
The villa itself is all on one level and boasts it's own private pool. If your looking for an economic family villa with the luxury of having a swimming pool all to yourself then this is your perfect choice. It has fully kitted kitchen with dishwasher (yes, no washing up!), international TV, hot & cold air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, and of course Wifi Internet. The speed is more than sufficient to watch youtube videos, catch up with your emails, skype calls etc.
The property will be supplied with linen & towels for each bed and guest, please note that this is additional fee and is not included in the departure clean. The cost is 15.00€ per guest and will be charged upon receiving confirmation of the total number of guests booked in.
