Summary: Nestled on the top of hill, fresh air and breezy wherever you’re taking a walk surrounding the hotel. Staff were superb! Had a minor issue where one of the bed corners caused a deep scratched and room changed were offered immediately, we saw staff members who went to fix the corners of the bed where incident took place at the same time when we were moving out. Pool was kids friendly too, we love the hot tub (onsen) within the hotel too.
