Modern and bright apartment in the Sant Antonio neighborhood for 6 people, ideal for families and friends.
Upon entering you will find a small hall where there is a desk. On the left hand side you will find the very spacious and modern living room and a balcony that allows a lot of light and fresh air to enter. The living room has a television.
Then there is the dining room, it is also very spacious and very well lit with views of an interior patio. The kitchen is very comfortable, fully equipped and with plenty of storage space. It has all the appliances in very good condition.
The apartment has 3 very spacious bedrooms, there are two double beds and a room with two single beds. They all have a closet and space to store your belongings.
The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.
The Sant Antoni neighborhood is very quiet and safe. When leaving you will find several restaurants, shops and supermarkets. It is very close to Plaza España and Avenida Paralel. In addition, it is very well connected to the metro and bus lines.

No noise at night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 22hs/10PM as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8hs/8AM the next morning.

Late check-in: If you arrive after hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 22/8pm the fee is 20€, and after 24/12am the fee is 50€.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of €80 will be applied.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
