Perfect for both couples and families this superb holiday apartment is located in Nerja close to Burriana Beach. The property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including air-con and high speed wifi (suitable for video calls). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with plenty of storage space, bathroom, sitting room with TV and Satellite channels. It has a separate dining area and fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. Residencial Aljamar is close to the supermarkets (less than 5 min by car) and some local shops. It is approx 400 meters up from Nerja's best beach (Burriana) and is a 15 min walk into the lovely old Andalusian town with its cosmopolitan blend of restaurants, shops and bars. The patio doors lead to a sunny terrace with large awnings to provide shade when eating alfresco. Linen and towels are provided. All rooms have air con/heating and powerful ceiling fans for your comfort. Guests also have access to a good sized swimming pool (open all year round) with sun beds and sunshades. The vacation rental also has secure garaged parking and free parking is available on the street.
