You can relax on the furnished terrace with stunning views of the sea. In addition, the house has air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, a garage (two cars), WIFI, and a satellite TV.
There are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious and bright dining room. The main terrace is ideal for having lunch or dinner while you enjoy the good climate of the island and contemplate the views of Alcúdia Bay.
Although the garden is connected to the neighboring semi-detached house, its usage is exclusive to your rental home.
