This magnificent apartment located on Arenal Street, in the most central part of Madrid, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an impressive terrace that surrounds the apartment.

Upon entering the property we directly access the living room, an open, functional and modern space, decorated with quality furniture. It has a Smart TV. Open to the living room we find the kitchen, spacious and with an breakfast bar with stools. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for day to day.
This room is very bright since from the living room there is direct access to the covered terrace, surrounded by windows that can be fully opened. Here we find a dining table with capacity for 6 people. In addition, this part of the terrace has air conditioning, so you can enjoy the views and the outside even on the hottest days.

From the covered area we can access the rest of the large terrace, which is L-shaped and which can also be accessed from the two bedrooms. In the last part of the terrace we find an area with sun loungers, a shower and outdoor furniture with sofas and a table.
