An awning over ther rear terrace gives you the option of shade. The villa has raised walls for privacy, the garden has mature trees, the shaded terrace at the front has dining options. The WC to the rear of the property is easily accessed from the pool area, the rooftop solarium offers views to the surrounding mountains. Internally the lounge has 2 sofas, TV with English Full SKY/BT sport and movie pack or Spanish channels, dining room seating 4, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, utensils and all the crockery you need, one double and one twin bedroom, family shower room make up this well furnished comfortable accommodation. Bedding and inside towels are provided. There is a log burner for the winter months Off road parking in the drive.
This property is situated on the first phase of Camposol, Los Palacios, in a quiet residential location but within easy walking distance to the cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket, a bodega a weekly market and other entertainment venues all within walking distance. Camposol also has an 18 hole golf course (open to none members - club - buggy and trolley hire available) the club house is open to none residents and also has regular live entertainment.
