This is a private home and a real home. Our family has been living in Ibiza since the 1970s. Our home is therefore very neat, personal and private.
In an outstanding location in the leading urbanization "Ca'n Furnet" above the village of Jesus, the house offers two spacious floors, each with two bedrooms, lots of closet space and bathrooms. Both floors offer living rooms and many "small corners" for even more privacy and relaxation. Upstairs are the large dining area, the elegant living room and a large terrace (also with a dining area) for hours of relaxed dreaming - with a 180-degree view of the city, the sea and the island. Absolutely spectacular at night! Both upper bedrooms also have their own terraces with a wide view of the city and island.
A continuous terrace surrounded by a garden runs around the house, opens up to the swimming pool, offers various other seating areas and loungers around the pool.
The entire area is enclosed by the garden, undeveloped and not visible to neighbors.
Relax.
The house is well maintained and looked after, the decor is personal and complete. 3 satellite TVs, 2 stereo systems, Internet, WiFi, air conditioning, complete kitchens (there are two) with "correct" dishes. A home. You live like friends. To keep it that way, our housekeeper, our cleaning lady and the pool man take care of everything. However, we also ask you to pay attention to the house - just as you would do with friends :)
