Summary: This room was very spacious and clean! Staff were helpful and friendly and the coin laundry was a nice addition - much needed for our long trip. The only downsides were that there is some noise and the windows were a little inconvenient to keep open, so less natural light. There also was no breakfast provided but there is a family mart close by. Nice spacious bathroom with all necessities, a mirror with different light settings, hairdryer that worked really efficiently and a bathtub! Overall this stay is hard to beat for the money and convenient location to the nearby station, Gion district and pontocho alley.
