I bought this apartment a few years ago for my personal use, but I ended up spending more time in Miami than in Barcelona, and for that reason it is available for short term rental. Due to vacation rental restrictions in Catalunya, this apartment is available for a minimum of 30 days. Over 100 m2 of living space in the Sant Antoni neighborhood of the Eixample district. This is an amazing apartment near Plaza Espana, Montjuic, and the famous Sant Antoni Market. Bright apartment with balcony on both sides, modern finishes and period features. Metro stations nearby, many restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is spacious and sunny, located on the third floor, very close to Las Ramblas del Raval, Mont Juic, Plaza Espana, etc. Fully furnished, two double bedrooms, full kitchen, washer, the building also offers the use of a communal roof terrace.
