The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchens on two separate floors. Access via external stairs between ground floor and first floor. There is no internal door between ground floor and upper floor!

The rest of the garden consists of natural Mediterranean surroundings with pine trees, bushes and ivy. The garden is fenced and closed to the street and the neighbours' properties. Estate: 1100 m².
PARKING:
Parking on the road beside the house. Access to the house is via stairs.
NOTE:
1) Bed linen and bath towels are included for all guests.
2) A car is necessary as the house is located on the hillside and there is no public transport (nearest bus stop is in the village center). Parking on the street in front of the house.
