The main house of the property consists of an original farm house dating from the late nineteenth century, built with thick stone walls and wooden beams, which has added a new construction built building. The old and some new, totaling an area of about 300 square meters, are joined by a dealer. In the old part are the bedrooms (1 bedroom suite, 2 double bedrooms, chillout area with 2 beds and a loft with 2 more beds in total could accommodate up seats DE10, but preferably would sleeps 8), 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge with a relaxation area. In the new part is located the main hall, dining room and a modern open kitchen, all with wooden ceilings. The property has a large front porch with an outdoor table and a sofa area, a booth in the back and around the house more than 400 square meters of wooden decks (deck) on different levels, plus a roof on the top floor from where the views are spectacular. In front of the house is the pool (20 meters long) integrated into the "deck" by a high stone parapet. The whole house enjoys stunning views of Ibiza. Covered parking for two vehicles.
