It is spread out over 82 m2 and consists of two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, salon, kitchen, utility room and terrace with views of the pool, area and urbanization. Upstairs there is a private solarium complete with a BBQ, which overlooks the sea and the pool also. The apartment is equipped with new furniture (beds with orthopaedic mattresses), electrical appliances (including dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, juicer and toaster), bed linen and towels. The terrace and the solarium have outdoor furniture, beds and folding chairs. There is central air conditioning and a TV with Smart-TV. There is also a parking place on the complex. Nearby there are many bars and restaurants also in walking distance is a large supermarket LIDL, Super COR and Carrefour. There is no English television but almost all the shows and movies on Spanish channels can be seen in the original version (English).
