Positive: The location of the property might be one of the best in Arima if you prefer easy access to shops, public transportation, restaurants and public bath.

Negative: The service is a big concern. This property is owned and managed by Tocen Goshoboh as an extended unit adjoint to its main hotel business. The apartment operated as a Airbnb-like self-service units. However, they don't provide clear communication for check-in process and the receptionists in the Tocen Goshoboh (where you need to check-in) are absolutely helpless.
