The lounge has a nice 3 & 2 seater settee's , Ceiling fans, New large HD. TV, with popular UK & Sky channels, dining table & chairs, and coffee table, it has also been extended to make a nice sitting area, (this area can also be curtained off to use as second bedroom), Comfortable double settee and arm chair.
The main bedroom has twin beds, ceiling fan, plenty of wardrobe space, bedside table and lamp, A Safe is also fitted.
The kitchen, has fitted units, Full cooker, fridge, and if fully equipped for all your needs.
The bathroom has a nice size bath with shower, sinks with vanity unit, hair dryer, and also has the washing machine. Iron and board also,
Outside we have a very sunny terrace with patio table chairs, & 2 sun beds all with cushions, and a Sea view,
Go back out the front door and we are about 20ft from the secure gated swimming pool.
The Apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and beds made up with fresh Laundry and Towels, this will be changed weekly.
Our Local managers are available office hrs with a 24/7 emergency contact number, all displayed in the apartment.
The apartment will be ready by 2PM , Please depart by 10.30am. For extra guests you must contact me direct first
