Summary: Excellent service. I forgot my bag on the train, and when I arrived, they immediately picked up the phone, handled the situation, and arranged for us to get the bag back the very next day. I’ve never experienced service like this before — truly fantastic. Dinner was wonderful as well: beautifully prepared, cozy, and served with great attention to detail. The garden view was stunning, and being able to take an evening stroll there after dinner felt very luxurious — a truly classic Japanese experience. The hotel itself was a big positive surprise. Everyone was incredibly friendly and service-minded. Absolutely a 10/10 experience.
