This unique house and its own full-size, luscious green tennis court is at one of the quietest spots in Blairgowrie, yet within a short walk to the Village dining and shopping.
A flight of stairs from the car park leads you to the spacious upper-level deck overlooking the tennis court and garden retreat furnished with a fire pit. The sliding door opens to the dining and living area big enough to cater for 10-12 guests at ease. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom locating right next to the main living area. Downstairs, there are a lounge area, two sets of bunk beds in an alcove, under-cover outdoor dining and sitting set, two further bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. A domestic lift saves any troubles with climbing stairs.
The house provides generous indoor and outdoor accommodation for guests and is perfect for the summer fun! A combination of central heating and cooling, ceiling fans and fireplace ensure that every corner of the house is covered in comfort, rain or sun no matter.
