- The bottom is a beautiful recycled loft of 70m2. It has a kitchen, a large fireplace, a bathroom, a pool table, TV and a large window with the same views as above.
The garden offers a swimming pool illuminated at night with a barbecue area right in front of it, garden furniture and a bathroom.
It has a paved space with basketball basket, tennis / volleyball net and parking for cars. It also consists of a space with turtles and chickens.
Located 2 minutes from the town of Cabrils (gastronomic center), only 25 minutes from Barcelona and 1hr from the city of Girona (Costa Brava). Ideal for family vacations 8 minutes from the beach.
