It’s just 3 minutes to the Postiguet Beach, so you can have your toes in the sand in no time, and even less to the city center, with all the history, character, and life that comes with it.
This cozy house is ideal for those seeking privacy, as it’s independent (though attached). The door opens directly onto the street, meaning you won’t need to share a hallway with any other neighbors, giving you the peace and quiet of living in your own little corner of Alicante.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a small arch with a light curtain. The main balcony can be completely closed to ensure total darkness when you need it. Upstairs, you’ll find one of the jewels of the house: a small rooftop terrace equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for having breakfast while looking at the Mediterranean and the rooftops of Alicante’s most charming neighborhood.
The neighborhood has the charm of a little village right in the center of the city. Here, you’ll enjoy the magic of its narrow streets, the character-filled houses, and the views that accompany you every step of the way.
