Positive: the location is exceptional, property is spacious and beautifully laid out. breakfast spread was very good. the beach was clean and beautiful, well accessible. staff was very cooperative, helpful and supportive.

Negative: proper goan/ typical goan theme and welcome was missing.

Summary: it was a very memorable stay
