Recently renovated, with their gardens and parking areas, we are pleased to offer our two gîtes in a converted family farmhouse. They can be rented separately or together, depending on your needs. Each gîte has its own outdoor space and private parking. During the renovation in August 2024, we chose French-made bedding of "palace hotel" quality and selected antique furniture to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Welcome! The gîte is located in a converted farmhouse 1.5 km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. This is a detached house surrounded by green spaces: a landscaped garden, private terraces, and a pond make up the property's landscape, covering a total area of 4,220 m². Other dwellings share the property with the gîte. It's an ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles region, get together with family or friends, or simply enjoy a natural setting.
Ground floor: open-plan kitchen and utility room equipped with 2 fridge/freezers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, and a washing machine. Large living/dining room (56 m²) and 2 bedrooms. (Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm bed, accessible for people with reduced mobility; Bedroom 2: 160x200 cm bed, bathroom/WC adapted for people with reduced mobility, and separate WC. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm bed; Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds 90x190 cm) and a 140x200 cm double bed, shower room/WC, and a large 59 m² games room with foosball and table tennis, a bedroom/alcove with 160x200 cm double beds (can be converted into 2 80x200 cm beds) and 4 beds on the mezzanine, 1 sofa bed. Amenities: 2 flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi, fireplace. The double beds are new, French-made, and of luxury hotel standard for a good night's sleep.) Garden tables with chairs and parasols, string lights, large garden sofa, bench, picnic table, deck chairs and hammocks, gazebo with bistro table and chairs, sandbox, fishing pond, electric car charging point, recycling, etc. Not included: heating oil and wood to be paid at the end of your stay. Towels/household linen (supplement of €12 per person for the stay). Extra beds available - maximum 15 people with a supplement of €15/night/person. Large gatherings possible with a living room and garden area. Additional tables and benches can be added. End-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish) €120 mandatory and extra, payable at the time of booking or upon arrival when collecting the keys. Mandatory supplement per pet: €10/night. Living room, bathroom, toilet, one bedroom, and utility room accessible for a wheelchair user.
